Yes, an invoice can be generated automatically from the shift details page (this will include all necessary information for an invoice). Otherwise, you can manually generate a fully customizable invoice with our integrated invoice generator tool. All invoices are editable.

In order to hire a user for a shift, you must navigate through the list of applicants, explore their profile and select the adequate candidate for the shift.

In order to cancel a shift, the applicant will have to advise you that they cannot make it to the shift through messages. The shift will automatically reappear in the list of available shifts once you have removed the selected applicant.

Absolutely, after a shift is completed, you have the option to rate the pharmacist and provide feedback on your experience, which helps maintain the quality of our community.

If no applications are received, you might consider increasing the offered rate. Shifts are editable at any time. Try making it as appealing as possible.

Payment methods can be discussed prior to the shift. (Cheque, direct deposit, e-transfer..) However, it is the applicant’s responsibility to send an adequate invoice to the pharmacy owner. Invoices and specimen cheques can be sent thought text, email or even in-app message.
